Due to recent changes in US tariff and duty regulations – specifically the removal of the de minimis exemption – all imports, regardless of value, are now subject to duties. Unfortunately, USPS has indicated they’re currently unable to process these duties at the border, which could lead to packages being returned to sender.
Because of this, and the added complexity now required for cross-border shipments, we’re temporarily pausing all US-bound orders while we explore a sustainable, reliable solution for both us and our customers.
